These Terms govern your use of the Listaria platform. By registering or transacting, you agree to comply with the following:

1. User Responsibilities

• �� Users must provide accurate, truthful information in listings and profiles.
• �� Sellers must disclose product flaws and not list counterfeit or banned items.
• �� Buyers must inspect items upon delivery and raise concerns within the return window.

2. Prohibited Use

• �� No illegal, pirated, counterfeit, stolen, or restricted goods.
• �� No offensive or inappropriate language, images, or content.
• �� No attempts to bypass Listaria’s transaction system or scam users.

3. Platform Rights

• �� Listaria reserves the right to:
• Remove or suspend listings that violate policies.
• Deactivate accounts involved in fraud, spam, or misconduct.
• Modify the platform or services at any time.

4. Intellectual Property

• �� All content, logos, designs, and code belong to Listaria.
• �� Unauthorized use of brand assets is strictly prohibited.

5. Legal & Liability

• �� Listaria acts as a facilitator and is not directly responsible for the condition or authenticity of third-party listed products.
• �� In case of disputes, Listaria will mediate but final resolution may involve legal authorities.
