Refund & Return Policy – Listaria

Listaria is built on trust. That’s why we offer a simple and transparent return and refund policy to ensure fairness for both buyers and sellers.

✅ Eligible Returns:

You may be eligible for a return and refund if:

  • �� The product received is significantly different from the listing description.
  • �� The product is damaged or non-functional (and this was not disclosed).
  • �� The wrong item was delivered.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • �� Products sold as-is with flaws clearly disclosed in the listing.
  • �� Items marked “Final Sale” or personalized/altered items.
  • �� Products like undergarments, cosmetics, or perishables (for hygiene reasons).

⏳ Return Window:

  • �� Buyers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
  • �� Return requests can be made through the “My Orders” page or by contacting support.

🔁 Return Process:

1. Buyer initiates return request with images and reason.

2. Team Listaria evaluates the claim (within 2 working days).

3. If approved, the item is picked up and returned to the seller.

💸 Refund Method:

  • �� All eligible refunds will be processed via PhonePe to the original payment source.
  • �� Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days after approval.

⚠️ Fraud Protection:

  • �� Suspicious or repeated refund requests may result in account review.
  • �� Any attempt to misuse the return system will lead to temporary or permanent bans.
